How to apply 

To request a card, simply contact Caixa directly through the call center, directly at a bank branch, through Caixa's customer service department and through Internet Banking.

To apply for a Caixa card, you don't need to be a current account holder. Just get in touch and express your interest in purchasing one.   

At the time of the request, you must have some documents, such as:

– CPF;

– Personal identification document;

– Income data;

– Address data.

Every request is subject to financial profile analysis.
